I was fortunate to be selected to present at the PMA Annual Conference this past November and teach a Pilates workshop. After serving on the PMA Board of Directors for 7 years, it was a different side of the curtain.

I want to thank the PMA for the excellent job! Speaking from my experience as a presenter, I was shown courtesy and respect. The room proctors were polite and helpful, the AV people were prompt, and everything was prepared for me.

I would like to thank all of the attendees who came to my Pilates workshop: Pilates: Doing the Work and Feeling the Work. Without the students, there cannot be a teaching experience. My evaluations were uplifting and I am filled with gratitude.

It was a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with those in the past. Please know that my door is always open.

Thanks also to the other conference presenters. Although I could not attend every teacher’s classes due to time and schedule, I look forward to seeing you again.

My mentors in the past have always stressed that one can just “do at the work” or “feel the spirit of the work”. I thank them for their inspiration and example through teaching.
